Report a Fake
Spotting & Reporting Fakes
Every Steadfast & Sustained journal, planner, and design is our own original, copyright-registered work. Sadly, numerous sellers copy them. Here's how to make sure you're getting the real thing — and how to help us stop the fakes.
Where to get the real Steadfast & Sustained 🤍
We sell through our own official storefronts only. If a listing, ad, or website isn't one of these, it isn't authorized by us:
How to spot a counterfeit
Copycats often get the little things wrong. Be cautious if you notice:
- A price that seems too good to be true.
- The seller isn't Steadfast and Sustained (check "sold by" / "ships from").
- Blurry, low-resolution cover art or a distorted logo.
- Thin, low-quality paper or ink that bleeds through (ours is thick, 110-gsm).
- Don't rely on the inside pages alone. Copycats have started replicating our guided layout — key points, scripture, and reflection prompts — almost exactly. The surest tell is our brand name (see below).
- Typos or awkward wording in the title or description.
- Photos that look copied, watermarked, stolen, or mismatched.
- No Steadfast & Sustained branding on the cover or inside pages.
The surest tell: look for our brand name 🤍
Counterfeiters have even started copying our guided interior layout almost exactly — so the inside pages alone are no longer a reliable giveaway. The one thing a copycat can't legitimately use is our brand.
Every authentic cover reads “church notes” with “Steadfast and Sustained” in gold foil directly beneath it — and the listing is sold by Steadfast and Sustained. If the brand name below the title is missing, misspelled, or a different name — or the seller isn't us — it's a counterfeit, no matter how similar the inside pages look.

How to know yours is the real thing
You can feel confident it's authentic when:
- You bought it from one of our official storefronts above.
- The seller or brand on the listing shows Steadfast and Sustained.
- The interior is guided and thoughtfully designed — not blank filler pages.
- The finish is premium — engraved or gold-foil cover and thick, no-bleed pages.
- Still unsure? Email us a photo at hello@steadfastandsustained.com and we'll gladly confirm it for you.
Found a fake? Report it 🤍
Reporting takes two minutes and makes a real difference — it helps us get copies removed and protects other customers.
1. Tell us. Send the link, the seller/account name, and a screenshot. We'll take it from there.
2. Report it on the platform. On Amazon, open the listing and choose “Report incorrect product information” (or report a policy violation). On Etsy, open the listing, scroll to “Report this item to Etsy,” and flag it for intellectual-property / handmade-policy violation. On social media or other sites, use the post's or listing's report option. Every report helps.
Report a fake → Contact usBought a fake by mistake?
It happens — counterfeiters can be convincing. Here's what to do:
• Contact your bank or payment provider for a refund. Because these sellers aren't connected to us, we're unable to refund purchases made through unauthorized sellers.
• Watch for phishing. Be cautious of suspicious emails or texts after ordering from a fake site, and don't share passwords or payment details.
• Let us know. Report it using the button above so we can work to get it removed.
Thank you for helping keep it real. Reporting fakes protects you, our community, and the small business behind every journal. 🤍
